Director

Rupert Granville is a highly accomplished Consultant and Director, with an extensive background in change management and training development. He has successfully designed and delivered innovative training solutions, globally, including online and face-to-face courses. Rupert's expertise has been sought after by clients needing external support to drive transformative step-changes to their operational capability.  His clients range from start-ups to multinational corporations, and his services encompasses client needs analysis, solution design, and effective and confidence-inspiring leadership during implementation.

 

Prior to setting up Revolutionary Change, he served in the British Army for 20 years, developing his valuable leadership and change management skills whilst working in some of the harshest and chaotic operational environments.

 

His work life is complemented by a passion for adventure motorcycling, travel and photography.
